Ninen-zaka and Sannen-zaka Slopes, 二年坂、三年坂

Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka slopes are stone slope paths towards Kiyomizu-dera temple. There are many souvenir shops and restaurants on each side the slopes. Weekends are usually crowded with visitors from all over the world. Visitors enjoy shopping Kyoto specialized souvenirs, trying sweets or finger foods, and more. The area is designate as a traditional architectures preservation district.
